Hand Sanitizers Are Essential in Preventing Pandemics

The recommendation to wear masks outdoors to protect against COVID-19 transmission has been revised.  What won't change is the need to practice good hand hygiene, which includes hand washing and – especially in public places – hand sanitizer.
