Letter: Anthem’s Proposed Specialty Pharmacy Mandate

Anthem of California sent a letter to a number of providers informing them of a new requirement,
scheduled to be implemented on December 1, 2020, mandating them to obtain a lengthy list of provideradministered medications through the CVS Specialty Pharmacy (a practice commonly known as “whitebagging”).
