Ninth Circuit Rules in Contraceptive Mandate Lawsuit

On December 13, 2018, a three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals issued an opinion on California v. Azar, one of the lawsuits challenging the Trump administration's interim final rules from October 2017 on religious and moral objections to the contraceptive mandate.
