But the uncertainty surrounding President Obama's signature domestic achievement under a Trump presidency and GOP-controlled Congress is already forcing insurance companies—including a tech-oriented startup co-founded by Joshua Kushner, the brother of Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner—to prepare themselves for major disruption.
