Tobacco manufacturers will be required to list the ingredients in all of their products by 2017.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) unveiled new draft guidelines Thursday that explain how tobacco manufacturers can comply with the rules to list the sort of tobacco, substances, compounds, additives and other ingredients that are used in their products.
The FDA began regulating tobacco in 2009.
