This year, the residents of Colorado will vote on whether the state should basically scrap its participation in President Barack Obama's health care reform law, the Affordable Care Act, and instead adopt a universal coverage proposal that would be financed by the state. Coloradans will make their choice by voting on a ballot measure during the November elections. The results of the vote could have interesting implications for the future of the health care reform law.
