Gov. Shumlin: Single-Payer Health Care Is Unrealistic

With this Tea Party Congress who has voted to repeal Obamacare 62 times or something? Do I think that they're going to say, "Hey, let's do a Medicaid-for-all plan?" Yeah, I would say that's unrealistic.
