Mounting Concern over N.Y. Co-op

Last week, state authorities announced Health Republic Insurance of New York would not be able to stay in business beyond Nov. 30, an unprecedented failure predicated on the company's finances being "substantially worse" than what was reported in its filings.

The announcing triggered concern among its customers, who aren't sure what to do next, and among other health insurers, now worried over the prospective unraveling of what had been a model of a functioning state health care exchange.
