Rep. Cheri Bustos: Without Insurance Mandate, Seniors and Sick People Will Be "Left Out In The Cold"

Democratic Rep. Cheri Bustos of Illinois joins MSNBC's Steve Kornacki to respond to the newly released CBO score for the Republican health care reform plan. She warns that without the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate to buy health insurance, sick and elderly people will not be able to afford it.

"The news is not good news unless you're healthy, or unless you're rich," she said.
